The two things that clinched it for me were when Owen was trying to open the Rift and Ianto was so AGONIZED when he said "He's our LEADER", and (again, as Mona said) during the kiss/hug/handshake. When he put his head on Jack's shoulder? He was so RELIEVED. *flails some more* God. GOD. I LOVE that part. I rewind it SO MANY TIMES.
