I'm actually quite excited for the SGA Big Bang fics. I bet some of my favorite authors are going to participate with some smashing McShep, and I definitely haven't given up on SGA fic yet. But I totally hear ya on needing something fresh. I love David Hewlett's Twitter, because it reminds me that even if we're not seeing yet, there is Atlantis magic going on as we speak! :)
