My First Icon!!
I AM SO EXCITED RIGHT NOW.
I just found out that I actually have Paint Shop Pro 8 on my computer!! It came with it!! I have been mourning my lack of iconing capability, and then I find THIS. WHEE. So guess what I immediately did - I made an icon!!
Here it is:

I still have so much to learn, like whoa, but YAY, now I can actually act on icon bunnies!!!

On a less fangirly note, do you use PSP or PS? If you use PSP I would really really love some advice, because I'm a little lost on things like brushes and making text look nice. Brushes especially.

I use Photoshop, and I don't know PSP at all (even tho I don't think it's really different from PS...). You can check out a bunch of icon-links/tutorials I have saved in my memories...I'm sure you'll find everything you need to know about icon making... ;-)

I will continue my web-wide search! Of course I would prefer to have PS, but.... free (I really don't know how it got on my comp) vs hundreds of dollars. Hmmmmmmm. Let me think... :P

Harry Potter and Queer as Folk... pretty much opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to fandom (kids books vs. GAY PORN). And yet I love them both! :)
