Ask me my opinion on any character from any fandom, and I will say. If I do not know the fandom, I will say what I think I know based on fannish osmosis.
Emmett! Oh how I adore Em. He's the reason I watch the show, after Brian and Justin of course. He's so damn... open, and honest, and just such a good person. He burns bright, as your icon says :D He's not afraid to just be who he is, which I admire so thoroughly. It doesn't hurt that Peter Paige is a deliciously beautiful man ;)
I think Natalie does a beautiful job in this movie - Sam is just so frank and blunt, but then when she realizes just how frank she's being she gets all embarassed and it's so sweet and endearing. She's unique! I don't know, I just love her.
Lol, I am sitting next to you on the couch watching the same thing you are and talking about it. It regards to Sam, the real question is how old is she omgz?
Hi! Just letting you know that I friended you because you seem ridiculously cool. :D Oh, and I added you to my MSN buddy list, too. Wow, I sound very stalker-ish, don't I? I promise I'm not!
Oh, and I'd love to know what your thoughts are on...River (from Firefly).
Wow, that's so sweet of you :) I love new people to talk to! And by the way, I forgot to update my MSN ID, it's actually starlight1013@gmail.com now, so add that one instead :)
River! Well, I think Summer Glau does a fantastic job making River so... creepy, yet sympathetic. You *care* about her, even though (perhaps because) she's so messed up. I feel like River is a very deep character that we've barely seen the surface of in Firefly, and I'm really excited to see what Serenity does with her character (I know it's focused on her, that's awesome). I also can't wait to see her kick ass :D And I love her relationship with Simon, it's so sweet and adoring.
ZOMG SARAH. I just stumbled off this, your first comment to me, and IT WAS ON MY BIRTHDAY! You were my birthday present!!! HEEEE. *smishes* I love you, wifey dearest! *MWAH*
Sirius! Oh Sirius. My feelings for him are complicated! See, he was my favorite character, and when he died I absolutely SOBBED my eyes out. Then after a while, when I had been slashing Sirius/Remus for a while, it suddenly occurred to me... *why* did I fall in love with Sirius? So I re-read the then-last-three books (PoA thru OotP) and paid super close attention to Sirius, as well as the slashy puppy love. And basically I realized that... Sirius is a rather messed up guy. I mean, I totally understand why, what with being in Azkaban for so long, but still. He's got flaws out the wazoo. And I *still* love him! He just has this innate charisma that I absolutely adore. But I prefer myself a nice, untraumatized Sirius, which is why I read almost exclusively Marauder-era fic! Umm. In conclusion, I love Sirius, unconditionally.
Oh dear, I'm afraid you're not gonna like me too much for this, but I never really liked Boone. I don't find him too attractive, either -_- He's... just.... pointless, in my opinion. I mean as the show went on I was less violently bored by him, but I don't think I cried very much when he died. Maybe a tear or two. But he's just... annoying, I guess. Strangely enough, I never really minded Shannon. Errr. lol
O.O why are we friends again? I don't like Hayden, you don't like Boone, I don't like Shannon. Oh, right. We like Brustin. *feels relieved* Just, y'know, surprised that we actually disagree on these things. ^^ And, uhm *ponders* Willy Wonka :)
*lol* I think, there are some more pairings/actors, where we "disagree".
- Hayden ♥ - H/Hr ♥ - Brickey (sort of) ♥ - Johnny and Viggo (i mean, okay, they are good, but I don't love them to bits. Ewan is more than enough for my weak heart) ♥ - Ewan/Hayden ♥ - Obi/Ani ♥ - Obi/Qui ♥
(I won't talk about such weird stuff, like "Brem"...)
Erm, and the reason, why i love you so much, is....?!
Oh, never mind. I didn't like Boone at the beginning, too. He was just blah and everything. I don't know anymore at which episode that changed. But I really, really started to like him very much. And I never thought of something like his death. OMG. I was devasted, I looked like I've cried for hours and I wasn't approachable for the rest of the day..
I really thought, Jake could rescue him. Nya, but then he came up with "oh-lets-cut-off-his-leg" and I nearly screamed at him. But I think, that was the moment when I realized.. "Wait. Just a tv series. Not real. *memo to myself*"
I wanted to watch some Lost today, but I couldn't bring myself to it. Mh, but I should really watch it in the next few hours, because the second part of the first season starts in a week and I want to watch the original episodes first. Life hard, hm?
Oh, and Shannon?! I first thought, that she is that stereotype of the bitch. And I always hoped, that she will get out of this role. But till now, she wasn't able to convince me...
(ANNE!! GOD. You made me listen to FOB. Now I can't stop that and listen to them all the time. Literally!!)
Ooooh. Remus! How I adore Remus. In terms of the actual books, he's just... the voice of reason in an insane world, and one of the few adults who is just purely likeable. He's such a tortured soul, and yet he remains such a quiet, lovely man. Poor Moony *pets* And then I kinda love Marauder-era Remus (ie, SBP Remus) for the same reasons... he's so unassuming, and academic, and grammatically inclined, and, er, gay *grins* I love him.
Ah. Snape. I don't know, I never had any strong feelings about him either way. I mean, he's a greasy git and all, and sometimes he's dreadfully unfair, but I don't *hate* him. Definitely don't love him, either. And after, er, the events of HBP, I'm not sure what to think. I don't think he's evil, just because that would be cheap and easy and such a let down after so much ambiguiity... but then again RHr was cheap and easy, wasn't it? *cough* Umm. I'm really not sure what to think about Snape.
I was going to ask you about Remus Lupin, but you've already answered that for someone else (and I completely agree with everything you said; Remus is my favorite!).
So I'm going to go with... Nymphadora Tonks and how she's corrupting our Remus.
Tonks. Hmm. You know, in OotP I didn't have a strong opinion about her either way. I thought she was pleasant, a nice relief from the utter darkness of the rest of the book, but other than that *shrug* THEN in HBP she became depressed, apparently because she was lovesick and the end just made me gag. Seriously. Now I just have to dislike her on principle. :P
Hmmm, Gollum eh? Well, I love his schizophrenic conversations with himself, they're too funny. I feel bad for him on occasion, but in general I feel like he got what he deserved when he died. I mean, from the novel, Smeagol was a nasty bugger even before he found the ring. So. Not a very nice guy :P But he was incredibly well done in the movies.

And I have no idea why Shannon doesn't bother me. She IS a bitch, she IS a little princess, but she's entertaining to me. lol.
