Fair warning... I saw this $40 box set yesterday...

The discs are all the same but the packagin is completly different.. it's not the fold-out box set that was originally released..

It's packaged like the Season 4 discs, in individual dvd cases inside a cardboard sleeve..

So if the packaging isn't something you are worried about, then I say GO FOR IT!!!
