Ok. So. If anyone read the letter meme I just did, I mentioned my friend Mike. I've known him for... oh I don't know, about 6 years. We met online and played RPGs together and basically he was just a wonderful, supportive friend who always gave me self-confidence, and I adore him to bits. He's "adopted" me as his little sister (he's 20, I'm 18). He really hasn't been around much for the past year or so, insanely busy with school and stuff, which is unfortunate. Every so often I'll stop and think about him and get a pang of sadness and nostalgia because DAMN do I love him. So he pops online tonight and I'm all YAY and babbling happily to him and then I have to go because I'm seeing Goblet of Fire on campus and I suggest that I call him, because I have his cell number, and he says "Okay!" So I call him as I'm walking over, and the movie hasn't started yet so I just kinda stay in a corner talking to him, and long story short I skipped the movie and talked to him for two hours. It would have been much longer but he had to go to bed :(

Basically, he's the most addictive and easy person to talk to, and he knows this (it was one topic of conversation actually) but... I don't know, I just love him so much and it's kind of bittersweet because I WISH he lived near me and that would be so nice but he doesn't and that's sad and... yeah. But I just REALLY loved getting back in touch with him and basically I am squeeful and happy right now. Yay :)

Awww, I know how you feel. I have friends all over the freaking world, and it's hard to stay in touch all the time when you're far away. There's one friend in particular I've been missing a lot. I met her in Australia, but she lives in Arizona, and she's just such a sweet and cool person. I haven't heard much from her because we're both so busy.

Awww, that's so great! I'm so glad you got to catch up with him. Getting back in touch with really good friends is kind of the best thing ever, isn't it?

He sounds like such an awesome guy. :)
