I woke up at 7:53 and made it to class at 7:59. WIN! \o/

See the thing is, my alarm clock likes to randomly NOT GO OFF. I KNOW I turned in on last night, and yet. *facepalm* So my second alarm clock (my cell phone) went off at 7 AM, and I was like mehhhh and turned it off and put my head back down JUST FOR A SECOND, honest! And then I opened my eyes again and it was 7:53 and I was like ohshit.

That was some quality scrambling :P

Now I need to take a shower, instead of doing work. But I got an extra hour of sleep, so I think this was a win situation. \o/

Also, I made a pretty icon last night. Look at his NECK! *licks* Not to mention a teasing little peek at that mmmmmguh shoulder! :D

I hope Monday is less-than-sadistic to you all, my dear flist. Anyone wanna come over and socialize in the comments? ^_^

I used to think my alarm clock didn't go off, but then I discovered that I was turning it off and falling back asleep with no memory of having done so. Fatigue ftw! *g*

I think I may have done that during exams once. *facepalm* No harm done, except to my sanity, but still...

I am fairly used to doing crazy shit I don't remember while sleeping, so I wasn't all that surprised--though I did worry I was finally going insane when I did it three nights in a row. O_o

Haha, I once made a phone call while I was asleep, at about 3 in the morning, but that's about the weirdest thing I've ever done while unconscious.

My problem right now is waking up, maybe even getting out of bed, then deciding to go back to bed instead of going to class.

I'm really happy that you were able to make it to class! I have to hand it to you, that's pretty damn classy and amazing. =D

I must confess to you that I am a complete hypocrite. I need to stop going to bed at 3 in the morning and waking up only 5 hours later. It's really starting to catch up to me and I'm feeling really sick. Remind me to take my own advice more often.

You silly love! *puts on own Mrs. Weasley face* Go to bed, missy! You need sleep! *huggles*

And why thank you, I was rather proud of myself :D I even beat my teacher there! *boogies*

[identity profile] wendy.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 03:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Dude. My alarm spontaneously turned itself off too! I mean, it went off, I hit snooze and then it never went off again! Snooze does NOT EQUAL OFF!! Not appropriate! Luckily, Val had to go out so she woke up about 20 minutes later.

STILL.

OUR ALARM CLOCKS ARE POSSESSED.

Clearly we must call Sam and Dean.

[identity profile] wendy.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 03:47 pm (UTC)(link)
SOMEHOW I don't think THAT is going to encourage me to get out of bed. :)

ICON PRETTY...mmmm neck.

Also, congrats on your awesome making it to class skillz.

That is very impressive.

The one time myu alarm decided to do that to me, I had been up until 7 working on this project that I was presenting in class that day, and I got back to my dorm from the computing commons and said, "Okay I'm going to sleep for 3 hours," and then my alarm didn't go off for some reason, thus causing me to miss the class with my presentation that I had been up all night working for.

It was awesome. *headdesk*

Thank you muchly :D I was v. proud of myself.

That icon is freaking GORGEOUS!

[identity profile] exsequar.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Hee, thank you! *bops about*

[identity profile] crystal-lily.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 06:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Welcome back Anne! :D *huggles* I missed you like whoa! (even though you've been gone for what... a day and a half?)

At least for me Monday is the second day of the week. Lol. :D It was still pretty sucky though.

You know who he totally looks like in this icon? NORMAN REEDUS OMG.

[identity profile] exsequar.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:37 pm (UTC)(link)
Thanks sweetie! *smishloves* I missed you all like CRAZYPANTS. It was so weird to be so disconnected for the whole weekend. Y'all are my lifeline *clings*

Mmmmmmmm NORMAN. YOU ARE SO RIGHT. GUH.

[identity profile] crystal-lily.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 09:01 pm (UTC)(link)
LIKE CRAZYPANTS? That's a lot of missing. :D Lol.

IT'S TOTALLY NORMAN IN GOSSIP.

RAR DEAN

that shot of the back of his neck was, like. the only thing that could POSSIBLY have distracted me from the sammish.

[identity profile] exsequar.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:34 pm (UTC)(link)
I love how you can see the knot in the cord of his necklace. Mmmmph.

[identity profile] winterlive.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:48 pm (UTC)(link)
EXACTLY.

[identity profile] hebrew-hernia.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:54 pm (UTC)(link)
*waves hi*

So I am sad to admit that at first I did not look at your icon, so when you pointed it out I looked up, but you had mentioned the shoulder, and for a split second I read the text as "shoulder on." *smirk* Yeah, I had a double-period AP Chem test today on solutions & colligative properties and my brain is now not so much with the making function. So. Yeah. *shrug*

[identity profile] exsequar.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:58 pm (UTC)(link)
Whoo, sounds like a fun test! Congratulations on surviving *pats*

[identity profile] hopelessfangirl.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 09:28 pm (UTC)(link)
"That was some quality scrambling"

Psh, I'd say! I'm impressed, man!

And GUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH @ icon.

[identity profile] exsequar.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 09:31 pm (UTC)(link)
Hee, I'm impressed with me too! \o/ Thanks!

I KNOW OMG. I am terrified to think what would happen to fandom if Dean were ever really really shirtless, like Sam was. I mean, his SHOULDER reduces me to gibbering. Gyah :D

[identity profile] hopelessfangirl.livejournal.com 2007-02-14 03:48 am (UTC)(link)
Dude. Seriously. And Skin doesn't count cause any bit of pretty was immediately followed by skin-peeling and generally disturbing images. Bad juxtaposition. *shakes head* The Dean girls need justice.
