I just took a yoga class, for free, and I feel so amazingly, ridiculously relaxed. I'm just at peace with everything. I absolutely adore this sensation, and wish there was yoga offered regularly on campus. Definitely whenever I get the chance to take a class I will jump on it. We did yoga every day before soccer preseason last year because our assistant coach was training to be a yoga instructor, and it was just a lovely way to start the day.

Maybe I just cant do the whole pretzel type of thing. Hell, i cant even reach my toes...but I never have been able to. Im not fat either, its just that theyre so far away...
