I know it's silly to ship for real people, but I am FULLY convinced that Emma Watson has a crush on Dan Radcliffe. There was a press conference in Japan where Emma and Rupert were there, but Dan was on a screen from London. Someone asked Emma and Rupert to give their opinions on Dan, and there was much embarrased grinning from Emma, and just as she starts Dan goes "Go on!" and she just laughs, way more than called for, leaning forward. She's CLEARLY embarassed and awkward, and cannot stop smiling through the whole thing. I just keep thinking that's exactly how I would act if I was 13/14 and asked to talk about my crush in front of a roomful of strangers! So this is what she said:
Uhhh.. Ummm. Uh, Dan is a very very good friend, ummm... He... he has a fantastic sense of humor. He keeps everyone on the set laughing and entertained. Ummmm... he's... a great guy, he's down to earth, and um.... I actually genuinely like him *laugh* there you go *more laughing* *embarassed huge grin, followed by wrinkling of the nose*
It's SO CUTE! Her hesitancy, the way she keeps her eyes down and won't make eye contact, her body language, omgshetotallyloveshimSQUEE! And I've only seen the whole press conference once (it's quite long! I've seen this snippet several times cause it's part of a music video I downloaded) but later she spontaneously goes into another riff about how great Dan is. I don't remember what the question was, but I think it was directed at Alfonso, and once he finished answering she just spontaneously starting talking about him. Dan thanked her both times for being so nice about him. Ahhhh! I'm going to die of cuteness!
