I think I'm ADORABLE
Apr. 29th, 2007 01:54 amI am a little bit drunk. And I just rewatched Folsom Prison Blues with Kelly. Good times.
I also wore my whore boots tonight. The ones that look like they'd be at home on Faith's feet. They make me want to be really slutty. Except how I'm completely not at all. Sigh.
I went to see Hot Fuzz with Rob tonight. One word: AWESOME. So fucking hilarious and ridiculous and just FANTASTIC. I about cried with laughter. The ending pretty much blew my mind with the awesome. I'm in love. Arthur Dent from Hitchhiker's Guide (Martin Freeman) had a cameo, as did Bill Nighy, and like ten thousand other British actors I've seen. Good times. I've decided I really love British humor - it's sharp, smart, cynical, dark, and sidesplitting. American humor? And by this I mean... Will Ferrell, Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, etc etc ad nauseum... makes me weep for humanity. I mean, sometimes it will make me laugh, but I always feel stupid for laughing. British humor doesn't assume you're stupid. I love that. This movie rocked my WORLD and you should all see it \o/
I need to be productive tomorrow. This depresses me.
(I am really not very drunk. The world just spins a bit when I stand up. But this mood icon is so very fun. I wish I had a Dean to wrangle me!)
