Oh, God, I really hadn't thought of it like this. The Impala is Dean's lady, but maybe he thinks she's failed him somehow, couldn't keep Dad and Sammy safe from the crash. Except they all survived the crash, just not the demon. I hope the Impala forgives him (but after he grovels first).
