Ha, yeah. I'm just feeling my way into it, too. Fanon makes Patrick so gentle and he directly contradicts that in a few interviews, so it always kind of delights me when I find fic where Patrick is mean and bitchy and human, but also like, nice and musical-genius-y.
Pete could totally be Sirius, except he's so small and skinny and wimpy. I'm pretty sure I could kick Pete's ass. But he does punch people. He's got the bad-ass spirit of Sirus! Aww.
