Oh man, I totally hear you - I'm short but a little wide, so when I get pants that fit around the waist, they drag on the ground :-/ And so few styles are made in short, regular, and long. I managed to find one though! Hurrah!
Yeah Express is really high quality, so it was a last resort but I wasn't disappointed :)
