I don't have the program anymore, but what I remember is that when you take a cap, it saves the image to a window within the program. You'll probably have to go under window or view or something to find the capture window. I don't know what it'll be called. Then in that window there will be a button to save one cap to your computer, or save all the caps you've made - you click on it and it will give you an option of where to save it on your computer.
I don't know how to make animations with this method, unless you cap frame-by-frame and then put the caps together into an animation in ImageReady.
