No I have an extremely expensive warranty that has already saved my ass once, but since this damage might have been caused by how I dropped the computer and fucked up the hinge (which is apparently a delicate area with important connections?) that wouldn't be covered by warranty. Booooo.
But Niall seems quite confident he can get my data. A lot of Ireland pictures are on there that I dont want to lose! *crosses fingers*
