exsequarWhaaaat the actual fuck.
At 6 AM I was woken up by the fire alarm. Okay. That happens. Annoying as fuck, but okay. I pulled on warm things and stumbled outside blearily with my roommates. And then proceeded to stand outside for an hour and a half in the freezing cold. It was easily the coldest night of the season so far. The alarms in our buildings are the most ear piercing sound accompanied by strobing lights, which is oh so fun. It took the fire department about half an hour to even show up, and then they couldn't turn off the alarm. YEAH. We had to wait another hour for a security company to show up and figure out how to turn it off.
So they finally did, and we wander inside. I fall into bed to TRY to get some sleep, and five minutes later? THE ALARM STARTS AGAIN. I press my hands to my ears hoping it will stop. It does after about 30 seconds. Okay. A couple more minutes.... IT STARTS AGAIN. It went on like that, in bursts, for about five mintues. Then, blissfully, it stopped. As soon as I was half asleep.... it starts again! Hooooly shit. It was like constant repeated shots of pure adrenaline. I was so annoyed but didn't want to go anywhere. I finally managed to get a few hours of sleep, but guess what? IT JUST WENT OFF AGAIN. AT NOON.
*STAB STAB STAB* If they don't figure this out I'm gonna KILL someone. And today was supposed to be super productive! I went to bed at 2 and set my alarm for 9:30 and I was going to get SO MUCH DONE. I am angry. >:(
