LOL. It's not the MOST exciting thing in the world, but! I'm working with 10 yeast strains, each with a different deletion, and I reproduced the sensitivity of one of the strains to a certain compound, then found out that one of the other strains is sensitive to it at 30 degrees and 38, while another is sensitive *only* at 38. And those were just the first ones I tried! :D I'm plating four more strains today and we'll see what happens! \o/
Heehee. That's very true, and I actually had a pang of feminist guilt when I typed that sentence! Doesn't stop it being true that car talk bores a lot of my flist. :P <33
