Hiding in your room is not shitty, it is necessary. We had a rule in my apartment that no one was allowed to talk to me after I worked for 6+ hours for an hour, unless I initiated the conversation, otherwise I was just overly bitchy. And sometimes, my roommates and I would just stand up in the middle of a conversation and say "okay, I can't be social anymore, I need to go be by myself" It's totally normal. ♥
