Ooh, I love The Breaking Point so so much. It's so heartwrenchingly tragic, but all throughout you have Lip being a wonderful mama and taking care of his boys, and then there's Speirs swooping in to save the day and Lip falling in love with him and the gorgeous convent scene and oh! It also has some of the most intense moments - Buck's reaction to Toye and Bill, Malarkey's trauma, Malarkey's sweetness to Buck, Hoob's tragic accident... yeah, it's an epic one. ;___;
OOOH. I think I'll have to hunt down your GOY fic! Don't suppose you could rustle up a link? :D They would have TOTALLY got along. I love it!
