Upload the vid into Movie Maker and then drag it down into the timeline. There are five optional columns that you can put it into it you look (if you can't see them all, expand the line by pulling the bar up.)
Slip the video into "Audio/Music" and then save it. Make sure it's only in Audio/Music and no where else. If you've done it right, it should get you to save it as a wma. file.
