OMGYAY.

I think I just started my Supernatural vid!!!

I finally figured out how to do the effect I wanted in Premiere (a simple fade to black! I was stoopid. It's so easy) and so now I have fully ELEVEN seconds vidded!! *boogies* And I think this song is going to be fun and challenging to do, it's got some crazy drum stuff going on. If anyone's wondering, it's called Overfire by THC.

I am so squeeful with happy right now it's not even funny. The eleven seconds WORK and I am so freaking proud of them. YAY.

Oh, you use Premiere? I've heard about that, how is it? I have to edit a film for my class and I'm all ::bites nails:: Although, we have to use Final Cut Pro and I've never edited anything before, let alone used a Mac on a regular basis. So I wanted to check out some Windows programs for the future.

I really just started using Premiere, and I am a bumbling fool so far. It's complex but that means that it has a lot of potential. The basics are pretty easy to work out with some experimentation, and I did have some help from a friend. I used to use WMM and Premiere is so much better than that it's not even funny. So it's a really big program that can do a LOT. I've heard that there's programs that land in the middle, not so complex but still with a lot of options. I dunno, I'm really not the person to ask. Maybe ask over at vidding?

Once the DVDs are out (with hopefully lots and lots of bonus material on them) I gotta start thinking about bribing talking you into making a short Padackles vid or something. Awww, thanks hon!! I've kinda stalled,because the song I started vidding actually isn't, in the end, very suitable for a SN vid. I love the feel of it, but it just doesn't quite fit. So, back to the drawing board! Poo.
