Hmmmm, I wouldn't say that. Sure, they gave Sammy psychic abilities, but they haven't even mentioned them in the last two episodes. And from an interview with Kripke, it seems he's been thinking a lot about Dean's character and how complex and messed up he is, so I'm pretty sure he's planning on going places with that. The WB doesn't really control the major creative decisions like that, I don't think. Not when it's going this well.

Well, I meant more that they're marketing it with an emphasis on Sam. I've seen "official" summaries and whatnot that seem to place a bit of an emphasis on Sam--but I'm glad Kripke's planning on digging deeper with Dean's character. That should be interesting.

I have a ridiculous (and mostly canon unsupported) passion for Gaeta/Dee as a pairing. Bad enough that I have a 20,000 word WIP to that effect. *shames*

*shames more* I KNOW! It's about 2/3 done, but the latter part of S2 really messed me up, so now I have to come up with an AU timeline and I just haven't had the time to work it all out. Other than Sam/Dean (hee!) it's (I think) my only uncanon OTP, and I'd be willing to argue about Sam/Dean. :)

I don't know anything about the latter part of S2 lalalalala *covers ears* Although I have been somewhat spoiled and AUGH MY OTP *clings* (Mine is Karalee if you couldnt tell) Please don't spoil me any more though, I'm trying to be patient... *bites nails*

I thiiiiiink I tend to lean towards noncanon OTPs. If only because they're usually slash. Or incest, as with Simon/River. Or just cuter than the "canon," as with Harry/Hermione. I have liked some canon ones before, like Brian/Justin from QaF, but I generally prefer fanon :)

Pssh, Sam/Dean is totally canon ;)
