lol, it could have been people coming in talking about it constantly. It could have been her hearing it falling. Also she could only be partially sighted and see blobs. Cause didn't she look at dean when he first was at the hospital?

Also...they could have meant for the cross to be pinned like one at the top, one at the bottom, hence noone fixing it before now. But decided it was cooler if it spinned.

Of course, I think the whole of SN requires, hm, what's that one, ah yeah, suspension of disbelief.

Yeah that cross thing bugged me too. What bugged me even more than the fact she could somehow know it was upside down without seeing it was the fact that it was upside down in that manner in the first place. I mean, the way it was on the wall, wouldn't someone have had to puposefully turn it upside down? It's not like it's going to fall up!

Funny you mention that, when I watched the ep with my boyfriend he said pretty much the exact same thing you did and I told him "You'll enjoy the show a lot more if you just let little things like that go." LOL!
