So, when a fic reduces me to crying and gnawing on my thumb, and is simultaneously the hottest and the most heartbreaking thing I've ever read, I kind of feel a moral obligation to rec it.

Thusly, I have a series for you, by esorlehcar.

First, read Stumbling Across Its Bleak Ending
Then read Practical Men of the World

They're both Wincest, Adult, and they're the same story told from each of the boy's perspectives. It's AMAZING. You'll come away absolutely awed by the depth of the love the boys hold for each other. It really is stunning.

And with that, I am going to bed.

(On a side note, Veronica Mars is totally rocking my SOCKS. I am caught up to 2x17.)

Omigoodness. READ IT. I can think of no better introduction to the LOVELY Wincest. This one is allllll about the love, seriously, and it's more emoporn than actual porn. SO much love between these boys. You won't regret it, I promise! *puppydogeyes*

It's absolutely heartbreakingly angsty, but then it's stunningly happy and gorgeous. So, best of both worlds! And the porn actually got me really hot and bothered, because while it's brief it is hot as fuck.

Well, after spending far too much time updating my Gina Torres fansite, I decided to read it before bed...

And dear me, I may have just been converted to Wincest! (Imagine that!) I loved her characterizationss, so very dead-on Dean and Sam. Especially Sam not using his powers to pry into Dean's mind until after Dean leaves him. (So sad.) *sighs*

Her fic is my favorite thing in SPN fandom. FAVORITE.

I marathoned VM season one in two days. Watching season two as it aired was painful for me. LOVED season one. Tolerated season two. I'm hoping season three will rock my face off.

Season one was all KINDS of awesome, and the first half of S2 was kind of meh, which is why I fell behind, but now that I'm getting back into it I'm all absorbed again and I'm really happy about that.

And I'm SO glad that there is going to be a season three! It was iffy there for a while!
