I've been meaning to do this for a while, and I FINALLY did..
NEW LAYOUT!

I needed something season 2 themed, and as soon as I saw the shot of the boys walking down the road I was like THAT'S IT. And it just spiralled from there :)
The images are thanks to the lovely
monkiedude, who kindly put up with my exacting requests and delivered exactly what I needed in hi-res. Textures are from Tre-xtures and
oxoniensis.
That text is something I've had lodged in my brain for a while, and I really wanted to use it... it's from T. S. Eliot's "Preludes," a bleak, stark little poem. This is the first stanza:
The winter evening settles down
With smell of steaks in passageways.
Six o'clock.
The burnt-out ends of smoky days.
And now a gusty shower wraps
The grimy scraps
Of withered leaves about your feet
And newspapers from vacant lots;
The showers beat
On broken blinds and chimney-pots,
And at the corner of the street
A lonely cab-horse steams and stamps.
And then the lighting of the lamps.
I think the line fits the boys perfectly, especially considering... well, if you're caught up you know, and the demon's MO.
I changed my journal title accordingly, and the subtitle is "dry bones can harm no one," which is from Eliot's "Waste Land". I also changed the title of my friends page - it's now "a thousand sordid images" (also from Preludes) which I think suits you dirty lot awfully well ;)
So yes. Let me know what you think! :D

2) I can't. Believe. You used Eliot. In relation to Supernatural. It's...it's...coffee spoons!
3) Um, maybe...it's a start? Yeah yeah. I'll just think that to myself.
4) Funny thing, but I notice that some of your recent entries are not showing up on my friends page at all. Weird.

3) You do that.
4) Huh. Bizarre. I didn't filter you out or anything.
