I'm totally gonna end up writing genfic about Sam and Dean bitching about how the CG werewolves in the Harry Potter POA (and Doctor Who?) are completely fake.

Ooh, hee, you totally should! Although, better wait to see how SPN itself handles them - there's no guarantee THEY won't look totally fake and lame too. Who knows! Werewolves are the hardest creatures to represent, in my opinion. I think they should just look like WOLVES, but no show or movie has taken that path, unfortunately.

I think for me, the irony of it is that basically all CGI werewolves look the same-- so I'm hoping there's will look exactly like Remus Lupin/the "Tooth & Claw" werewolf from Doctor Who but they can still mock those two. That's the kind of thing that strikes me as funny-- but I guess it wouldn't be conveyed very well to others in fic form.

WORD. Sera's like how I'd be, if I were much, much cooler. But some of the things she says, like the bit about someone else telling her that she's "totally on crack," is something I'd say. In fact, I do say it. All the time.
