chick flicks! VMars! GoF!

exsequarI just had an awesome night :D We arranged "chick flick night", so a bunch of us went down into the lounge with the couches and the big TV, and we watched The Princess Bride and Ten Things I Hate About You :D Both PHENOMENAL movies. Love them :D We ordered 72 dollars (!) worth of chinese food, and at one point there was dancing on tables. I kid you not. It was great fun, and I think I'll be posting pictures soon, once Michelle gets them up! Hee. I love my girls :)
In OTHER news...
WHOA.
The end of season one was AMAZING. Absolutely mind blowing! There were SO many different plots going on, and yet they all seemed to fit! The only one that I felt didn't get the attention it deserved was Veronica's mom still being an alcoholic, and then making off with 50 grand - that's a BIG deal, and it was like 30 seconds. But I totally get it since there was lots of crazy shit going down. Paternity tests, murders, car crashes, fires, all sorts of intense stuff! Wow. Very, very impressive. Just... wow.
The cliff hanger at the end... I went "LOGAN OR DUNcAN?!?" and then remembered that that was the question I saw all over when the season really ended on TV, haha. And now I see that it was Logan (I had guessed Duncan, actually, because Logan had ostensibly just gotten the crap beaten out of him and wouldn't look so good, so Veronica wouldn't have smiled at him like that - but they answered that problem quite well) and yay.
BUT NOT YAY. She's with Duncan!!! What. The. Fuck. We are not happy (we being me, Sara, and Michelle). We don't like Duncan :( He's kind of boring, especially compared to Logan! Logan was just so colorful and entertaining, even when he was being a mushy boyfriend. Duncan just... doesn't seem to get Veronica (as Michelle - no Sara - no Michelle (;)) so astutely pointed out) like Logan did. He's all upbeat when she is suffering terribly. Argh. They would have made cute siblings! But cuddlebuddies? Not so much >.<
I'm glad Keith is running for Sheriff. I hate Lamb :P
Yay for Wallace doing a whole case on his own! Not yay for his new girlfriend being really annoying.
Beaver (cassidy!) is adorable, when he says his 1 line per episode.
charisma carpenter is fucking hot, but we really don't need to see her affair with Logan in such graphic detail, kthx >.<
Ummm. I really had SO much to say about the end of S1, and now the beginning of S2 has wiped it from my head! :(
GOF TOMORROW YAY!!!!! I didn't go today because my friend Jess organized this thing with school money where she bought 40 tickets and then sold them for discounted prices, so I'm going with a group of 40 people! woooohoo. It's gonna be awesome. I cant wait :)
