Just wasted two hours of my life watching the first part of the Drive premiere. Sorry guys, but I am so not on this bandwagon. It elicited no kind of emotional response from me - no sympathy for ANY of the characters (except perhaps Nathan... aw Nathan. *squishes him*), no laughter, no curiosity... I just don't care in the slightest. I think the fact that I HATE what competition does to people (one of the big reasons I don't watch reality shows, other than them... just sucking in general) has a large part to do with my complete lack of interest. In the preview for the Monday part, one person says "Money isn't everything!" and another person holds a gun on her and says "Yes. It. Is." And that exactly sums up why I'm not going to be watching this show.

Oh well.

It's a Winchester week! Woohoo! \o/

When I renewed my paid account and extra userpics, I got 6 more icon slots, bringing my total to 112. This is very exciting.

I very much want a silly Aeryn and/or John Farscape icon, but I can't seem to find one :( Can anyone point me in the direction of some?

I have a miserable cold. I have been sneezing nonstop all day. Ugh ugh ugh.

On the one hand, I agree with everything you said. On the other hand, I'm kind of a little bit in love with all of the characters except Taryn Manning and her ex-posse, so I will keep watching for now, at least until someone actually dies.

And also, how is the zombie thing going? Or is it over?

And also also, I did a lab write-up Sunday night and got 1000% error in one trial. I thought that might amuse you.

I think it's one of those shows where either the characters click for you or they don't. With Lost, which was very much like this, they did for me (at first). But I just couldn't give a rats ass about any of these characters. Ah well.

Zombie thing is still going, but there's only like 20 people left alive, most of them zombies. There's a few tough humans out there though, they might outlive the zombies! I died last Friday though, alas.

I kinda felt that way after the two hours but watched Monday's anyway.... and it was better. But it had this ridiculous cliche - Nathan gets a big black muscle car - as if the writers think we can be suckered in by a muscle car - hahahahahahhaha *g*

Oh god, I saw pictures of it and it's GORGEOUS!!! So. Frelling. Gorgeous. Nnnngh. I have the Monday part on my TiVo so I might watch it just to see that baby go. *squirms* I have a total weak spot, what can I say >.<

But you know what they say - imitation is the best form of flattery! First, a pair of brothers in a classic Impala (even though it's banana yellow and has ridiculous hydraulics, haha) and now a hotass black muscle car - methinks someone is a fan of a certain pair of Winchesters! *g*
