Well this blows!

I bought my ticket for OOTP because I saw the other times were selling out, then I told my friends to do the same, and when they tried a few hours later.... our time was sold out.

GREAT. So now I'm the only one in our group with a ticket, which cost 14 freaking dollars, to a movie that's 45 minutes away. I highly doubt they'll give me a refund. If they will, great, then I'll just go on Thursday to see it on a normal screen and maybe go to it on IMAX in a couple weeks or something, because I still think that would be awesome. But if they won't refund me I'm seriously considering going by myself. Is that lame? That's really lame. But um. HARRY POTTER. On a screen as big as a HOUSE.

So uh. Yeah. *FACEPALM*

Oh, it's not lame. Unless... I'm incredibly lame and don't know it. I go to the movies alone ALL THE TIME. I did it last week to see Live Free or Die Hard and the week before that to see Evan Almighty & Nancy Drew. :) I like seeing movies in theatres and I like going often and if I don't go by myself, I'd only go see whatever my friends want to see and they have weird tastes.

In fact, I'm going to see OOTP by myself in the morning. I don't have anyone who is able to go until like Saturday and I don't want to wait that long! So I'll see it tomorrow by myself (same as I did for PoA for the same reasons). Of course, then my friends here will want to go on Saturday so I'll go again. And then I'm going again when I go to California to visit my best friend the week of Deathly Hallows. LOL.

So yeah, I'm a geek. :P
