Bec and I went to her friend Kate's going away party with the intention of staying "half an hour". Seven hours later, we wandered back home, giddy and pleased.

Rewind!

So Bec said the guy she liked might be there, and he WAS. And there was this OTHER guy, who I was immediately attracted to, and he reminded me of a combination of Brendon Urie and Daniel Radcliffe. Seriously. And I basically fell gradually head over heels for him as the night went on. He's very intelligent, articulate, funny and sweet. He's a Shakespeare geek, loves literature and talking about it, and fanboys 1) Patrick Stewart, 2) Ian McKellan, and 3) Christopher Lee. I don't even know what to do with that. He was pretty fucking precious. The crowd gradually dispersed until it was just Bec and I and the two guys we liked, so, um, THAT WAS FUN. We just had a fantastic time hanging out with them. Of course I find a guy that I really really like and he's NOT in the city I'm living in, but whatever. It was just a whole lot of fun.

Pretty much I'm going to be coming up to Belfast all the time. I love having my Bec so nearby! :D

Good to know there's no emergency and you are meeting cute interesting boys :):) And it doesn't matter where you meet them -- you only have a year more of college when you get back, no? You can always do grad school in ireland :)

Cute interesting boys are the BEST kind. He was really sweet. And yeah, I get the feeling that I'm going to fall in love with Ireland and never want to leave! Now if my Michelle could move here with me I'd be all set :D

Great thing about living somewhere interesting like Ireland, people are a lot more willing to come visit you than if you are just living in regular NE US.
