An extremely emo song. An extremely awesome song. It always makes me want to throw things, in the happiest way possible. Gee's hoarse hollering! Ohmyheart.

I saw another Black Parade hoodie! That makes four recently, I think. One of them was even a boy! I don't find the Black Parade hoodie particularly attractive myself (all the text everywhere!), but fun sighting fellow fans anyhow :D I did see one girl in a Three Cheers hoodie, with the album artwork on the back - that was awesommmme. And it was at my college! In the Hamilton building! I wanna talk to her if I see her again, haha. Today I joined the parade by wearing my MCR hoodie and my new MCR top from H&M. It was awesome, you guys. And so warm outside! I had the hoodie unzipped and the sleeves rolled up! Good times :D

I have maybe-plans to have a LOTMS watching party with two of my fellow American chemistry students, Judy and Cody! \o/ Judy already likes MCR and lets me ramble on at length about Gee and company, and Cody is pretty much unfamiliar with current music (she hasn't heard Panic! *boggles*) but she used to listen to punk, and seemed really interested when I mentioned the DVD. I don't really get it, but I'm not going to complain! It will be awesome! Whee.

...I need to see MCR live again yesterday. Ugh, themmmmm.

Dude, honey, the lead singer of Thursday produced MCR's very first album. Geoff took baby MCR in hand and helped them make this epic, mindblowing record from some tinkering in basements. AWESOME. Thursday is some of their oldest, bestest friends. That voice you can hear screaming "JET BLACK" and a few other things? That's my Gee. *ruffles his hair*

Oh, I didn't actually listen to the song. I just-- am vaguely baffled. It's bizarre because bandom is really way, way out of my element, but I loved Thursday and Taking Back Sunday in seventh and eighth grades, and in tenth grade a friend of mine loaned me her copy of FOB's first album, and now it's just so-- not what I'm into. It's weiiiird.

Wheee, merch! I saw the actual wolfshirt designed by MCR, but wow, it was a bit unsightly to want to get. Lots of the merch is very hit-or-miss. I myself am getting my very own Zombie unicorns will never trample you t-shirt very soon. XD

One of the girls at my school has an MCR bag and another has a hoodie but they both have more or less terrible taste in music otherwise so, egh.

I was visiting a college as a prospective student the other day and the guy going down the stairs in front of me was wearing an MCR shirt, and he was all not-emo! I was really surprised and kind of gratified. Like how at RRRGL I was one of the only non-scene kids in the room with my long wavy Jewgirl hair. :D
