I swear, youtube is the goldmine that NEVER STOPS GIVING. I am forever stumbling on new bits of shiny on there! It's so joyful! Tonight's glorious find is a longass interview with MCR in Australia from, um, I'm guessing 2006? It's apparently soon after Ghost of You got released, so. But it's SO RIDICULOUSLY ADORABLE. Gerard is at his silly, giggly best, and he keeps talking with his hands on the table top, and I am just so fixated on his HANDS. With his little alien pinky splayed out, and his long, thin, pale fingers, I just. SIGH. *chinhands* Then there's Frankie with a black eye because he apparently clouted himself with his own guitar, and Mikey being quiet but when he does speak up he's giggly and awkward and PRECIOUS, and Bob telling amazing stories, and Ray giggling at Bob's amazing stories, AND PRETTY MUCH I LOVE EVERYONE.

My favorite segment of the interview (there are 7!) is this one:

Gee thinks T.a.T.u is "hooky"! And tries to illustrate what a hook is but instead just sounds like a DORK! Mikey calls them "fibbers" because they're not actually lesbians! But my favorite, FAVORITE bit is at the very beginning, when Frank says they brought their own jar of "dead body smell" from Jersey so they wouldn't get homesick, and Gerard looks at him and does this flirty little scrunchy face which is POSSIBLY THE CUTEST THING EVER. AND THEN I DIE THE END.

Ughhhhhhhh I love themmmmmmmmmm. Make sure you go and watch the rest of the bits of the interview. ENDLESS LOLARITY.

I just have to say that Bob is also insanely adorable here. When the interviewer jokes about "older ladies with My Chem tattoos," Bob's all "..." and "no, they were *older* ladies" all serious-like, I DIED. Booooooob, you precious thing!
