Icons: 10 of Norman for 10variations

I signed up for 10variations (which you should all do! *pimp pimp pimp*) which is a challenge where you take one image and make 10 icons with it, based on a set of criteria. It's quite challenging and very interesting to see how many things one image can turn into! I did my first challenge on a picture of our dearest Norm (who else?).
