one more miracle

I just realized that my TiVo is going to catch neither Heroes nor Drive because my roommate is recording - get this - My Super Sweet 16 and The Bachelor.

*FACEPALM*

I'm really quite miffed right now. I think I can catch Heroes online, like, tomorrow, right? And I probably wasn't going to keep up with Drive anyhow. But STILL. It's the PRINCIPLE of the thing!!!

It's really her TiVo so I can't complain, though. MEH.

I am blasting Led Zeppelin at top volume (she's not here) to try to make myself feel better.

I am really frustrated right now, for two reasons. One, I just realized the dryer I've been trying to use all night is BROKEN, so I JUST switched my clothes to a new one. It's 2:30. GAH.

And two, I promised myself I'd get a chunk of work done on my vid this weekend, but Premiere is being a BITCH! First I switched the codec to DivX, so I had to rerender the whole project and that took two tries because Premiere froze up the first time. And NOW Premiere won't play the file preview and I assume it's because of the DivX and AAAAAAAGH! *tears out hair* So I have no idea what to do! I can't work on it if I can't see the preview, and I can't save it as the old codec because it doesn't work on anything but VLC! *THROWS THINGS* Anyone have any advice??

So here I am, with the house to myself and all, and I go to work on my video - AND MY LAPTOP CHARGER ISN'T WORKING! It's been on the edge for a while (duct tape was the only thing maintaining the connection) but it finally died for good. So my laptop is USELESS until I can buy another adapter.

AAAAAAAAAARGH.

ETfuckingA: While checking my bank balance to see if I had enough to pay for an adapter (the answer - JUST BARELY) I noticed a charge from Napster, and I was like, wtf, Napster? So I checked and I've had a subscription for MONTHS that I knew nothing about. 10 fucking dollars a month, just GONE. I dont know how long it's gone on for, probably like 6 months. Fucking HELL.
