Why did no one tell me Jamie Bamber is on the cover of the current Out?? I was browsing the magazines in Borders and saw his lovely face, and of course I promptly sat down and read the article. It was interesting, and I'm glad to know that there's a possibility for gay relationships in the future of BSG - how great would that be? Even though interestingly enough my favorite HET OTP is on BSG, but ANYway. The pictures were absolutely beautiful, and I was very tempted to buy it. But instead I bought the current BSG official magazine, because it had interviews with Jamie and Katee (my favorites!) and also a poster of Kara and Lee, eeeee *draws hearts*

Also, the mall was covered with CW ads! I saw pretty much all of them, SPN (oh boys, how can you look so FUGLY?! it's such a crime), Vmars, Smallville, Gilmore Girls, Everybody Hates Chris, Next Top Model, and of course OTH. I in fact saw TWO OTHs, and it's "Free to be COOL" with Mayhem trying desperately to do just that and failing miserably. Oh Mayhem. You are so lame it makes me laugh. *ducks sticks and stones*

Also, while my mom and sister were shopping, I got to sit down and watch some Supernatural! *twirls* Oh how I love my Peanut. Enabling me to have hot boys WHEREVER I GO. Amazing.

So sorry!! I saw the "Free to Be Together" one at- of all places- the movies today! I remember when movies theaters only had one kind of commercial.. .and they were called 'trailers'.

Duuuude. I was in L.A. this week and saw those CW ads everywhere too. The first one I saw was the SPN one and that was at Hollywood & Highland. I was appalled with it's fugliness. They took the prettiest boys ever and made them all close-up and glisteny looking. It was just WEIRD.

As awesome as BSG is, I think I would literally DIE from awesome if it added more GAY! Really, it's all gender-neutral anyways, so I can completely see everyone being accepted as bisexual in their universe. Like, gender isn't even thought about, so not thinking about sexuality seems to stem naturally from that... Or maybe it's just wishful thinking ;)

I was totally thinking of you while reading it, especially when they said that Starbuck's a major lesbian icon ;) I agree, that would be MADE OF AWESOME, and also totally feasible in the world they've built!

And that's the thing, Kara is definitely a lesbian icon but at the same time, in terms of character, I totally see her as a man-frakker. But I can just as easily see her frakking gals, so hence the bisexuality! :) She's just so *sexual* all around that the gender of the person she's with would be inconsequential I'd think.

Oh I concur completely. There's just something so sensual and primal about her. She has chemistry with a trash can. While I *love* Kara/Lee to itty bitty tiny pieces, I can totally see her swinging the other way.
