Because I am Mel's bitch I love and adore Mel, I uploaded all of my SPN icons for her, and therefore I thought I would share with the class :) I've done this before but people always seem to enjoy it. Every file is labeled with the maker's name first. Make sure to credit the maker if you use these! Contained within are 1,515 Supernatural icons, my entire collection. Yikes o.O

I continue to be absolutely smitten by Danny Ocean and Rusty Ryan! *beams* I finally watched Ocean's 12 last night, and while the plot was abysmal and facepalmworthy, I barely even noticed because EEE BOYS. With the scheming and the private amusement and the getting sloshed on wine and the utter beauty omg I am dead. *flailyhands* I took a bunch of caps because they are JUST TOO PRETTY (especially Brad, gah *licks*) and I've started making icons, *points* SEE! Mmmmmmmm boys. I also made this one of Rusty because he makes me go mmmph:

Here's a brief picspam of everyone's favorite not-so-heterosexual lifemates conmen: Danny Ocean and Rusty Ryan! This is only caps from Ocean's Twelve, as that's the only movie I have at the moment. *g* But bad movie or not, these boys sure do bring the pretty. Caps are in no particular order, just what occurred to me to cap. There's kinda a heavy emphasis on Rusty because, um. PRETTY. Feel free to take for graphics and whatnot!

Yummy in my tummy!

Guys, I am SO PROUD of myself! I made myself a super yummy dinner without help from anybody! I followed a recipe on the back of a pasta box for "Lemon Shrimp with Asparagus and Angel Hair". It was AWESOME, with this tasty cream sauce and red peppers and mmmmmm. I love love love shrimp. I got it at this cute little seafood place a 5 minute walk from my apartment, and then I came home and made it in only like half an hour and it was awesome and YAY.

Because I am a huge dork, I took a picture of this historic moment. YOU CAN STOP LAUGHING NOW. Here is what I made for dinner:

By the way, I want to say thank you to each and every one of you who has offered encouraging words, hugs, and things to make me giggle. It has done me a world of good and lifted my spirits marvelously. I love you all and don't know what I'd do without you. *sends hugs to wonderful wonderful flist*

You are dead, you want me to quicken you again

I just rented and watched Interview With a Vampire. I really really do love this movie. It flows so gorgeously, and oh my the pretty! I think it's silly that Tom Cruise is listed first, because this is completely Brad's movie. How beautiful is he with his long hair, fierce eyes, full blood red lips, pale skin? He kept making me make little whimpery noises *g*

Kirsten Dunst blows my mind in this movie. She was, what, ten or something? And she plays this incredibly complex character with grace and force and devastating intelligence. It is a marvel. I wish she would play more juicy character roles now.

The entire movie is just so daring - it is contained by no boundaries, restrained by no taboos. It slinks from horrifyingly macabre to absurdly insane to gutwrenchingly emotional to deeply sexy with ease. The homoeroticisim is off the charts - both Lestat/Louis and Armande/Louis are in the text, and it is a thing of beauty. Have you seen how Louis declines Armande's offer? What a delicious tease! Mmmm.

I love Louis with his bleeding dead heart, his wide eyes at once evil and compassionate. Armande is wonderful as well, his quiet intensity, his aura of unfathomable age, the deadness in his eyes. And Lestat is entrancingly off the wall.

I always come away from this movie wanting to say things about it, to keep experiencing it, to wrap myself up in it and never leave. It's just so powerful and timeless. Mmm.
