The lovely crystal_lily kindly pointed out that there's an SG-1 episode that features the entire Atlantis cast, which i did not know! I downloaded it, and Rodney just said this about John, after John finished making fun of him to one of the SG-1 guys:

"We're actually, uh, we're quite close." (with an amused, affectionate smile)

And then I put my hands over my face and made sounds that could have been laughter, crying, or whimpers. Or perhaps all three.

SO GAY IT HURTS.

sldfjsldkfjsd. HE ALWAYS HAS ONE. And how the first meeting scene is pretty much all about John and Rodney. They STEAL the scene even when there are like 8 major characters in one room, half not even from their own show! What! What! John's like "If he talks again, I'll shoot him." and then of course Rodney talks and he's like "don't shoot me you know I can't help myself" and sdlkfjsldkf. I can't even :D:D:D:D
