I'm glad Lee was falling apart at the seams. And Sam too. And Bill reading the file made me cry. It's the only fitting tribute to Kara. Though they didn't even show her frakking funeral.

I still can't believe they killed her. I don't give a flying fuck about Gaius. I'm glad to see Six is going to be important in the next one because she is hot and awesome. I just really don't care about anyone on the show besides Lee now.

And like I said, LEE/SAM NOW PLZ. Both of their scenes - postively smoldering. Mmph. They need to drown their grief in each other.

I'm pretty sure Kara's not dead for good. I mean, I'm not spoiled or anything, but I just really, really doubt we've seen the last of her. Last week's episode was just too anvilicious with all its "fresh start" stuff. *is still in denial about "Not Fade Away"*

Of course, I suppose I could be wrong. And then I will have to cry in a corner. Forever.

The Lee/Sam angsty man!pain was slasher gold, it's true. I bet the Lee/Sam fic is coming.

Yeah, I don't think she's *gone*, but the point is that my Starbuck, the one I love with all my heart and soul, *is* gone. She'll never be the hot tempered pilot pushing all of Lee's buttons again. She'll play some weird metaphysical role that I may or may not like. I suppose I'll have to wait and see.

BSG has never before given me hot slashy goodness. I'm taking this as a small consolation prize for losing Kara. VERY small, but hot nonetheless.

She's always been my favorite as well, (/biggest understatment ever) and I am a little afraid of what they're going to do. I trust them to tell a good story, I guess (though I don't trust them to handle relationships well). She just better be recognizeable, at least. And yeah, her take-no prisoners attitude was what I loved about her. I just have to be optimistic about it. Otherwise it is too devastating.
