Wowwwwww. I LOVE this show!!
I'm actually really liking the Ana Lucia/Sawyer stuff. I'm thinking it might turn out to be a rectangle!! Haha. Jack/Kate/Sawyer/Ana Lucia! craaaaaziness. That is, if they're all in the same place again. That said, I loved the Jack/Kate stuff! When he caught her getting out of the shower and he didn't turn away or look embarassed or anything, he just watched her as she came out in her TEENY WEENY towel, and she fumbled around with her clothes (so cute! Aww, she was nervous) and they totally flirted. And then at the end with the fooling around with each others' food. SO cute. Just kiss already dammit! *loves them* *thinks she's the only one still, but OH WELL*
Hurley.... Hurley's a pretty messed up guy. Sure, he's funny sometimes, and I like him for that, but often he's kinda bad tempered and he's definitely got some major issues. Like, blowing up the food just so people won't hate him? That's a bit... off. I'm glad Jack let him distribute the food though, because he needed to get over that particular trauma (of being abandoned by his friend, or so it was implied). But I don't love love Hurley like so many people seem to.
Jin's getting really hot, I must say. Especially with the longer hair. I'm really glad he can't *actually* speak English, that it was just a silly dream. But why Hurley was dreaming about Jin is way beyond me.
Sayid mentioning chernobyl is scary. There has to be a reason that all that concrete was poured. Hmmm.
Is it just me, or are these characterizations feeling more fractured? I used to feel like an episode was plenty time to put in lovely moments for almost every cast member, but now it all feels kinda crammed in. I'm not sure. I'm still enjoying it a lot, it just feels like it's expanding a little too much, with the parallel storylines. I just hope that the storylines will meet up again soon.
I'm so happy Rose's husband is okay! Speaking of Rose, did she lose weight? She's looking good, and it makes sense for her to have. Them being stranded on an island and all.
Ana Lucia is friggin awesome, okay. Michelle plays kickass girls like no other!
Looooove this show.

Date: 2005-10-13 02:25 am (UTC)It was a decent episode. Made me feel bad for poor old Hugo. Isnt he supposed to be the comedy in the show? I wasnt laughing.
Hes right though about the food I think. You know that whoever gets the cookie is going to want the steak and so on. It should have stayed locked up.
As for the dream in the beginning, I wonder if Hugos Korean was accurate.
Rose really needs to be in more episodes, its strange how they bring her in and then forget about her for 5 episodes.
The towel scene was interesting. I was hoping Sayid would pop in.
