So I've finally picked up Angel again - I'd stalled early in season 4 a couple months ago, when I got into Farscape and Atlantis and what have you. But I finally watched the next episode and now I've been plowing through steadily, cause it's so damn good.

I just watched the S4 ep where Wesley gets Faith out of jail. She... she just DOES things to me. I care about the characters on this show, I do, and I'm engaged in pretty much all the plotlines. But Faith's on for one episode and already she's got me crying. First she has me flailing and making small muffled noises of joy and want. Then she has me going "nnnngh" with the whole take charge bit. And then she's all broked and I want to cuddle her and make her better and so I cry. And um. I'm in love with Faith Lehane. The end.

Faith was awesome, but all in all season 4 is not my season. I've been stuck on 419 for ages now, and I just can't get myself to watch more. Although I really, really want to get to season 5 (Chriiiiiiiiis). The whole Big Bad Beastie and Cordy storyline just does nothing for me. I want to like season 4, but... meh.

I'm only halfway through S4, but this is the season where Jasmine comes in, right? I'm both excited (Gina!!) and apprehensive, because what I've seen of that storyline (which isn't much, actually) isn't my favorite. But I am eager to get to S5 and watch it in whole, so I'm sure I'll power my way through :) You should too!

Re: Cordy, I'm sad that Charisma getting pregnant was essentially the death blow to Cordy :-/ Like they had to do this whole crazy storyline for her and then... well, I don't know how much you know, but yeah. It makes me sad because i loved S3 Cordy so very much.

Ack, yes. Jasmine. It's where I'm at right now and I just want to stab her, the storyline, and the whole Angel crew for being so headdesk-inviting. I should watch it, but I think my last ep (419) was even corrupted on the disk, so I'll have to find a download first. Which I was yet too lazy to do. Maybe with you gushing about the show I'll find my way back into love Angel. :)

Cordy was annoying in season 1, but became really awesome over season 2 and 3. And now she's just. Uck. I know that she won't be in season 5, but not much beyond that. Then again I don't really care about spoilers with this show. I was told pretty much the whole Connor stoyline back when I never thought I'd ever watch the show. *g*
