Yay! Finally!

I have finally received my Official Letter of Acceptance from Trinity College Dublin! \o/
This is a Very Good Thing, as up til now this entire business had been mere word of mouth from the professor here acting as my program coordinator with Trinity. This document is what will get me through customs at Dublin International! Thus, very important!
Alas, the lady misspelled my last name, and it was only the letter - I was hoping for some helpful information! It says I'll be getting orientation materials, which makes me wonder when exactly, lol. The letter does tell me that I have to present myself for Registration on October 3rd at 9:15 AM, and that registration for classes takes place during the first two weeks of school.
I'm so excited WHEE!! *spins in circles*
In other news, I kind of outed myself as a blogger to my labmates :P I mentioned that I knew people in Europe that I was going to visit while abroad, and Dave said "I wish I knew people in Europe!" I replied, "It's the blogosphere, man!" Brandon said, "You blog?" At my affirmative, Dave said "That's weird."
Why? Why is it weird to blog?? I don't like that that's the default response. Meh.
Good thing I didn't mention LJ, because I don't think it would be terribly hard to find me on here!
