Eeeee, my birthday present from my daddy arrived! It's a 250 GB portable external hard drive! And when I say portable, I mean PORTABLE - this thing is 0.3 pounds, the size of a palm pilot, and is powered by the USB connection to my laptop, which means no bulky power cord! AMAZING! I'm absolutely in love with it. Now I can download all the teevee I want in Ireland! Whee! *twirls*

Sure! It's a WD Passport, and I have no idea what my daddy paid for it, but he went for maximum portability and wow does this take the cake! I love it!

God I know, they've gotten so much better. My 80 GB external which I got, I think, 2 years ago? is probably like 3 or 4 pounds, huge and bulky with long obnoxious cords and I am transferring everything off it right now because WOW this is so convenient. :D

That is such an awesome present! 250 gigs and only .3 pounds! No cords! *boggles (but in the good way)* Oh technology! My 160GB is approximately the size of the last Harry Potter book and needs roughly seven miles of cords. Granted, portability wasn't really an issue, so it serves its purpose. :D Yours sounds so cool though. Piracy in Ireland! Excellent! :D

HD space goes by so fast! And I swear, shows you need to download just multiply upon viewing. I filled up my 160 absurdly quickly, what with the budding Supernatural obsession of the time. Because one thing led to another and then I had Dark Angel and Smallville and it all went downhill from there. XD

JWALK. And his bare feet! If it weren't for the fact that I am apparently too indecisive to choose a new icon, I would totally be hitting up the bandom icons. They are so pretty and happy making!
