I'm good to go, and I'm goin nowhere fast

Eeeee, my birthday present from my daddy arrived! It's a 250 GB portable external hard drive! And when I say portable, I mean PORTABLE - this thing is 0.3 pounds, the size of a palm pilot, and is powered by the USB connection to my laptop, which means no bulky power cord! AMAZING! I'm absolutely in love with it. Now I can download all the teevee I want in Ireland! Whee! *twirls*

OH MY GOD that is AWESOME. Your dad wins!! My external hard drive is, like, the size of a shoebox :/ well, okay, not really. It's slightly smaller.

God I know, they've gotten so much better. My 80 GB external which I got, I think, 2 years ago? is probably like 3 or 4 pounds, huge and bulky with long obnoxious cords and I am transferring everything off it right now because WOW this is so convenient. :D
