I HAVE PAID AND REGISTERED FOR WINCON!!!!!!! \o/!!!

I am so so so excited :D It's going to be completely low stress (such a short drive! I have my own car! it's during fall break!) and completely high AWESOME. I feel like such a completely different person than I was a year and a half ago - I don't feel so young any more. I liked being the baby of the group, but I think it'll be even more fun to be almost an equal. Plus, legal! \o/

This being home alone thing is so unconducive to productivity. I sit around in my pajamas and blast music and don't get anything achieved because there is no one to see me being a lazy bum and induce guilt trips >.< I am going to go try to do something about that.

Hmmm, I'm a little confused now, because the comm info quotes a price for "a king or a double", so does that just mean two people per room? But are they ensuite? I had originally read it as, you know, a room with two double beds, but I think that's obviously wrong. I would love to share a suite with you guys, but otherwise I think it's just two roomies! (Which is kind of sad - clearly we will have to have room parties until LATE \o/) I will ask Mona what she thinks again, she's very slow at the email thing lately, heh.

Well, according to the hotel info, [and which is usual for most Hiltons I've stayed in], there are the suites, and then guest rooms, with one king bed or two queen beds. So I think by "doubles" they meant w/ the two queen beds.

It should be fine! I'm just waiting for Kassie or Jen to say we can book the hotel and I'll call and find out for sure. :) We might've gotten some kind of special rate or whatever for the con.

Yes. Like at all hotels, there are some rooms w/ two queen beds and some rooms w/ a king and a pull out couch. You can get either.
