Calling all potential fellow-The Used-goers! So I know that discord_harmony, wasoncedelight, and tuesdaysgone have all expressed interest in possibly going to this show. Have any of you decided for sure yet? I think I should go get tickets soon (I'm paranoid about them selling out) so let me know if you want one!

I mean, what will you remember years from now - that you "shouldn't" have gone, or that you met me and got barrier in front of Bert's ridiculous face at a tiny venue? :D When do you think you can make it to Lancaster? I'll be getting in line super early cause I have no obligations that day.

As of now I have no obligations that day either! My last day at work is April 24th, and I don't know if I'll have another job lined up by May 4th, but you're right, I'd rather be a little reckless and crazy than mopey because I'm not there. <3

1. YOU'RE GOING TO DUBLIN. OH HELL YES! :D

2. OMG OMG OMG I SAW WATCHMEN LAST NIGHT AND AAAAAAAAAH. Brain went splodey. IT. WAS. SO. GOOD. I am descending into fangasms as I type. The way it was filmed! The slow-mo! The musics! DOCTOR MANHATTAN'S SUPER-Y-FRONTS, WHAT. (Seriously, they looked like they were made out of mesh. But I guess being quantum-super and all he doesn't get chafing?)

3. Adrian. Veidt's. Crown. And also his not-quite-silly hair. (The bit at the end after the fighting when his fringe goes fluffy? Glee.)

WATCHMEN! WOOHOO!!! I'm so glad you loved it! Fangasms is RIGHT. Would you like the soundtrack?? I've got it uploaded already! It's made of awesome and win.

Adrian's fabulousness is one of the best parts of the movie. You should totally check out ontd_ozy, a comm dedicated to his deep and abiding fierceness. It makes me lol on a regular basis :D He's totally my favorite. I love the scene when he lays the smackdown on all the corporate dudes. "No, you listen." OM NOM BADASS. <33333333

My other favorite is the Comedian. Loathsome, but JEFFREY DEAN!! He's so ridiculously good, wtf.

That's okay! I have not, life was super crazy this weekend, and continues to be this week. I will definitely grab you a ticket when I go get mine, hopefully some time this week! Screw Ticketmaster indeed!
