ANNE! MY LOVE! I'M FINALLY HOME! I ended up getting stranded at my brother's house for much longer than I'd anticipated. But yeah, I've actually been home for a few days, but half of my family is randomly in town. Including my uncle on my dad's side (who has NEVER visited). Lots of drama there. But that's kind of a sad story that I'll get into later.

Anyway! I just wanted to say that I'm alive and everything. I actually tried to call you a couple times, but it just rang and rang and never went to voicemail. :( You still have the same phone number, right? It's probably me. My phone's been acting wonky ever since I got back. It's still under warranty, so I'm thinking about having it checked out and possibly exchanged.

Bah, I can't talk long right now; got to head back over to my grandma's and babysit my monstrous cousins (they're actually cutie-pies, but still!). What're you doing tonight? I'm hoping to have some free time and really wanted to talk/chat/whatever.

Oh BOO. I was typing up a huge comment and then I clicked on the picture and I thought it was in a different tab so I closed it but that closed the comment! *facepalm*

Anyway...

EEEEE! SARAH SARAH SARAH!! *glomptackles* I'VE MISSED YOU SO MUCH! Like, THIS MUCH. (Picture me with my arms stretched out as faaaaar as they'll go). I've especially been missing you this past week, I've been tagging all my old entries and you used to comment on almost all of them and your comments make me SO squeeful. And nostalgic! I tried to call you just two hours ago but it went to voicemail; I didn't leave a message because I'd left one not too long ago! Did you ever get that one? I'd love to talk to you - my phone number is still the same, maybe you could try calling me on a land line? You really do have the worst luck in phones!

Tonight... well, the problem is that the router at my cousins' house is broken. In order to get internet on my laptop, I have to take the main line. And I can't use MSN on their main computer because Jeff thinks that messengers have too many viruses (*rolls eyes* yeah, whatever). I'm not sure what Jeff will be doing tonight, but it's not overly likely that I'll be able to get the internet on my laptop. The only chat program I can use on the main computer is the chat embedded in Gmail - I'll send you an invite to Gmail in case you don't have it, and I'll try to get online as much as I can. We'll see. It'd be really helpful if we could talk on the phone to set up a specific time.

The good news is that I have MSN on my computer at work, and a lot of my work consists of sitting at the computer while experiments run. So I could talk to you then if you're free during the day at all! Augh, I've missed you so much, we really need to work this out! *cling*

Im happy Portugal won. They played a better game, even though theyre crybabies.

I'm enjoying the Brazil-France game a LOT. I didn't like the England-Portugal game - it felt very sluggish, not much good soccer going on. Meh. I'm glad Portugal won too, I thought they deserved it. I don't dislike Rooney only for ruining the game for England, I just think he's a jerk.

Looking at the replays its clear that Rooney deserved the red. He was pissed off the whole match as well. I dont see why.
