Jon Walker, you are a precious paradox of a boy, all frat-boy but SEXY, but then goofy and cute and so, so cuddly with three of the prettiest boys in the world. In short, you're awesome. Hope your birthday was full of happy snuggles with your favoritest boys. <333333

Have my current favorite picture of the birthday boy, wearing RYAN'S HAT and ridiculous bug eyed glasses. (Seriously, that's all I can think when I see huge sunglasses like that. YOU LOOK LIKE A BUG.) Bonus Spencer being so, so pretty, Ryan's Adam's apple and fiiingers, and Bden in lavender and red glasses! ♥
So, my Michelle called me tonight! YAYE! For those playing along at home, Michelle is my bestie and she's in New Zealand for the semester and I MISS HER LIKE AN ARM, WOE. She informed me that she has been stalking my journal, which I was not aware. HAI THERE LURKER GIRL *waves* Also, Michelle ma belle, I forgot to ask you - what city are you going to in Spain? I know you've told me, but my brain, she is a sieve, sigh. My aunt and uncle are hosting an exchange student from Murcia, Spain, and they were curious if you were going anywhere near there. (Look Meesh, I'm not using a mood theme, so you can more safely respond to this post! \o/ SO YOU BETTER DO IT!)
I spent today finishing up packing. I've got 95% of my clothes packed up, and about 75% of everything else, and I'm feeling pretty good. It was rather stressful to have that hanging over my head. But it's all neat and in the suitcases and that feels nice! I have a couple last minute things to tend to tomorrow, but I'm pretty much SET TO GO, omg! So excited guys!!!! *flail flail*
I thought I had more to post about, but apparently not! TWO DAYS!!!
Random side note: Flailing about the bandom boys aside, my obsession with Decaydance (and MCR) music is verging on ridiculous. I've listened to almost *literally* nothing else in the past, what, three months? I've just got this huge playlist called "Girlyrock" (hee, what, it is!) that's grown as I added Panic! live and Paramore and MCR etc over the months, but it's pretty much all I listen to. There are 193 songs on it, and Camisado wins as the most represented song with four versions (album, Denver, Reading, and demo). Ugh, how am I not sick of them? Especially Panic!! They're all just so amazing, gah. So many hearts.

This comment brought to you by "I should be sleeping, but instead I'm making a mix CD of songs to dance to for the boy I like who likes to dance, because today is his birthday."

Hah, I'm pretty much the same way with bandom music right now. Unless I feel like singing along prettily to female singers more in my own range (KT Tunstall, Norah Jones or Allison Krauss) I pretty much listen only to our wonderful, wonderful boys :D

Oh I hear you on the sometimes liking to sing to pretty girl voices! The other day I queued up Sarah MacLachlan for that very reason.

Date: 2007-09-18 04:11 am (UTC)And I know what you mean about the music, I listened to nothing but Fever for about a month after I got it... and yet I could listen to it over and over and not get sick of it. I am currently experiencing this same phenomenon with Patrick Stump's VOICE. YAR.

Date: 2007-09-18 04:29 am (UTC)Mmmmmmmmm PATRICK. Yum yum yum.
It's amazing how my love for this fandom has rejuvenated my interest in the music. I first acquired the Panic! album more than a year and a half ago, and I listened to it a LOT. But when I got into the fandom, the album suddenly had fresh new life for me, and I'm now not even close to tired of it again. BOYS.

Date: 2007-09-18 04:38 am (UTC)alkfhsdkfjhsdkjfsdkjf X2! Yes! See, I was trying to figure out how I am spazzing so much over JWalk. I mean, yes, I spazz over the other Panic!boys, but then I get to JWalk and I go ndjkgnkfjlghksjldk. So. Yes. He is a hunk who is somehow at the same time coyly adorable and preshus. Some kind of aw-shucks body language, maybe? Also, that he steals Ryan's accessories and is COMPLETELY STRAIGHT-FACED ABOUT IT. "YES, I AM WEARING BUG-EYE SHADES, A TWEED HAT, AND A V-NECK SHIRT. WHAT OF IT?"

Also? I have a massive FBR folder too. I can't even remember how many songs I have on it. It's kind of insane.

Date: 2007-09-18 04:14 pm (UTC)I've been the same way with the music for months, and that includes shoving it down everyone's throats through my (awful) singing. It's like Decaydance and FBR and MCR have spoiled me for everyone else!
In conclusion: TWO DAYS!!!!!! EEEEEE! ♥

Date: 2007-09-18 10:26 pm (UTC)The city is Salamanca -- about two hours outside of Madrid. It's a really old city and the University is the oldest in Spain (I think), built around, er... the 1200s I believe. Which, as dorky as I am about old things makes me squeal with geekish delight.
As for it's location in relation to Murcia, no idea. :D My geographic knowledge of Spain is limited to "Well, here's the southern coast, here's the northern coast, Madrid is sort of centralmiddlenorthish and a little westishnorthish is Salamanca."
P.S. I do this really lame thing where I miss people desperately, but then I talk to them and I miss them even more. It's like I go through most of the time with a background missing vibe and I in a way get used to it, but then I talk to them and remember what it feels like not to have to miss someone because I am talking them at the moment. Then afterward there is what feels like more missing because it's not just background missing anymore, but a obvious difference between the yay of talking and the woe of not. It's weird. And also code for I am currently restraining myself from calling you because I remembered that things are so much more awesome when I talk to you, but I have class soon and really should not skip it. Really. I shouldn't.
Any and all incoherency blamed on the fact I just woke up, got only four hours of sleep do to a Spanish assignment, and might possibly still be thinking in Spanish.
Love,
Me

Date: 2007-09-18 10:36 pm (UTC)Aha, Salamanca. Mentally noted, will pass on to my aunt!
Oh honey. I definitely know exactly what you mean. Like, I don't go through my days sulking because there is no Michelle, but talking to you again suddenly makes me all bouncy and joyful and I'm like, wow, I have the most amazing friend in the world, but she is elsewhere and that is incredibly sad for me. I told everyone who would listen today that you called, because it just made me that happy. I'm glad you decided not to skip class though, because that would be Wrong. *sage nod* But yes, we should definitely not allow two months to pass before we talk again. As soon as I get internet access on my laptop at school, I'll try to give you a call on Skype and see if I get you.
So much love,
Me, Myself, and I
