I'm not sure if his name was Joe, and I only saw the actual series (18 - Allein unter Mädchen) but, this guy. I think we mean the same one. He (Simon) totally reminds one of him (Joe), doesn't he?

Yep, David Winter is the real name. And I think, he was named Joe in the series. (I didn't really watch it, but I saw the movie. 17.)
