So those darling FBR boys gave me a beautiful going away present by being THE MOST PRECIOUS EVER EVER. EVER. The most ridiculous thing Pete ever bought? RYAN ROSS. Brendon's balls haven't dropped! Pete Ryan and Brendon went to the movies together! "Do you like men that play music?" THEIR FUCKING SMILES. Ugh, they're such precious precious children. I'm hoping that they sell Kerrang! in Ireland so I can pick up a copy of this for myself!

Speaking of Ireland.... THIS IS IT BABY! I'm leaving for the airport with my dad in about an hour. I'm all (erm, almost all) packed and ready to go. I just finished up Angel S5 and pretty much all I have to say is that Angel/Spike is the most epic love story ever :D So I've got that behind me, and a flight ahead of me, and in about 12 hours I will be landing in Dublin! YAY!

This probably means a certain amount of radio silence from me. I'll definitely not be able to check my flist very often, so if anything super exciting happens in any of my fandoms, I'd really appreciate a heads up. You know, a new article or interview or pictures, or perhaps Jensen and Jared announce their engagement, you know, whatever. I'll be around at some point, I just don't know when. I'll try to let you know as soon as I can that I'm alive! I love you all muchly. *hugs everyone* Be good while I'm gone!

I am so proud of them. Some of this, particularly the interlude in the middle, is hard to watch, and that's so important. A dose of reality in our botoxed world.

I posted a fic type little thing in a kissing meme! It wasn't originally for the meme, but then the meme happened and it fit, so, voila! It's Jon/Brendon (it just HAPPENED! I don't even know, guys) and fluffy liek whoa. Snickerdoodle! Also read everything else over there, there's some really precious ones ♥

Bandom continues to dish up the goods! Large, beautiful pic of Ryan/Brendon stage hugging shenanigans (Hello new desktop!), Spencer being hotass/adorable/beautiful at the Kerrang! awards, Travis and Pete looking like a couple (Pete said it first!), and a million scene boys running around the stage in their underwear during the last HCT show (I spotted Andy, Butcher, Pete, and Dirty - anyone recognize anyone else??). LOVE!

On a less joyful note, the plastic cover on my power cord cracked open right near where it plugs into my computer, and my hand brushed against the bare wires accidentally. OWWW. *pouts, Bden style* It STILL stings! Laaame.

We're all here for the shiny and the glorious fic and the great friends, so let's enjoy it!

Basic facts about me: my name is Anne, I'm 20 and about to start my third year of college. My school is Franklin & Marshall in Pennsylvania, but this year I'm going to be studying abroad at Trinity College Dublin! \o/ I'm leaving for that in three weeks and I'm so excited I could PUKE. I'm a chemistry major (with a concentration in biochemistry) and a math minor - yeah, I'm one of THOSE kids, haha. I plan to be a biochemical researcher when I "grow up." I spent this summer doing research with DNA at my college, and the summer before at Michigan State killing rats and doing experiments on the blood vessels in their intestines :D I also love words, though, which is why I chose a liberal arts school. My current fandom is, obviously, bandom, but my Supernatural and Stargate Atlantis love is only temporarily on the back burner and will return with a vengeance in a month. This TV season I'm also looking forward to: Battlestar Galactica, Heroes, Dexter, Torchwood, Friday Night Lights, Pushing Daisies, Doctor Who, and probably even more that I'm forgetting. Basically, I'm a TV whore! I love all things fantasy/science fiction - TV, movies, and books. Favorite authors are Guy Gavriel Kay and Anne McCaffrey. Aaaand um that is plenty of rambling from me! Hahaha, wow, this is kind of awesome. I had heard tell of Pete Wentz and Ryan Ross's first online conversation, but I'd never actually read it. Now I finally stumbled on it! It's pretty much fantastic. Ryan calls Brendon "dead sexy" (oh, darling) and Pete is vaguely pedophiliac (Ryan Ross (7:48:57 PM): we look young Pete Wentz (7:49:42 PM): Youngs not abd at all) and Ryan is admirably articulate and calm, even though you KNOW he must have been freaking the fuck OUT. It's pretty obvious he knows what the hell he's talking about, musically, and I think that must have played a part in Pete's decision to come see them. RYAN ROSS FOR THE WIN! \o/

AHAHAHA MANSOUP. Mansoup, for the uninitiated, refers to all (or most) of Panic! and FOB getting into a hot tub together, "mostly naked" according to one Brendon Urie. I think that's the best thing I've ever heard in my whole life. Ryan must have been so giddy to have an injoke with fucking Fall Out Boy to post about. God. I love that precious little boy!!!

But I would love to read the REST of his entries, as well as Brendon's, so if anyone knows where I can find an archive of each of their old LJs, I'd really appreciate it!

I don't think I mentioned it, but I listened to the AP Podcast featuring Pete Wentz, and I was really impressed. He's very smart and articulate but also not full of himself or overestimating his own abilities. I kind of adore him. ♥
