Mar. 28th, 2009 11:30 amThis is cracking me up so I had to share. The interviewer's awful, but when Matthew is asked what's attractive about Jonathan Rhys Meyers, he launches into a veritable laundry list, declaring that JRM's "basically a woman." Heeeee. Starts at 1:30.
Good morning my dears! It is Saturday and I DON'T HAVE TO FLY ANYWHERE! Amazing. :D I lolled about in bed for a while, and now I'm going to have breakfast and watch last night's Dollhouse! YAY!
I did in fact watch the new Supernatural. For 99% of it I was rolling around with glee, but the last 5 minutes made me want to throw something. So in the future I think I'll just stop the episode there :P But EEEE SAM AND DEAN. That made me miss seasons 1 and 2 soooo much. It was so much fun! ♥
ETA: Seen Dollhouse now, and WOW, that was phenomenal!!! Such a Whedon episode, with the horrible danger that you can't help but crack up at because everyone's so SILLY. Reminded me of Tabula Rasa. I am falling so in love with Topher, and Boyd is darling, and I loved the side of Adelle we saw this week. And Eliza - oh, Eliza! *smushes her* My girl :D Yaaaay Dollhouse!

SPN 4x15 Death Takes a Holiday

Way to be super fucking awesome for an hour and then RIP MY HEART OUT BY THE ROOT. ( Spoilers for SPN 4x15 )
I continue to have a wonderful time at Michigan! Dinner was lovely (and super swanky - I'd estimate at least $350 for the six of us) and I met some very nice folks. My favorite was a fellow visiting student, Yevgeniy, who's originally from Russia and has a slight, lovely accent. He's very sweet and mellow and smart and pleasant and I just very much enjoyed talking to him. The other visiting student, Vanessa, was also awesome. The professors were lovely (the woman) and awkward/weird yet still nice (the guys) and it was a really nice evening. I'm looking forward to tomorrow!
Obligatory Watchmen note: when I listen to "Unforgettable", I think of it as Eddie and Ozy's theme song. SO INAPPROPRIATE. Or extremely appropriate, idk. That scene is fucking awesome.

The sisterhood of the traveling slut mojo
Jan. 29th, 2009 10:56 pmAuck, I want to read all the squee about SPN 4x13 but I only saw half of it! D: I was watching and enjoying immensely, then my wifey Kate called. And since i haven't talked to her in AAAAAGES, I stopped watching for her. I KNOW. That is how much I love my Kate. So i will download tonight and watch this weekend, like, TEN TIMES. Because omg hearts.
I don't really have anything else to talk about. I have coffee with Jeremy tomorrow morning! Wahey! I'm really looking forward to it because we haven't really sat down and had an actual talk yet this semester.

I watched SPN last night. Creeeeeepy! And awesome in lots of ways. I actually caught some of the random culture references this time! Yay, Winchesters are back! We have some awesome episodes coming up and I'm EXCITED.
I have yet to watch the FNL FINALE (!!!!!! *flaps*) or the new episode of BSG (!!!!!!! *flaps more*), as I was busy hanging with my Michelle and Dierdre, since I'm back at school. (sigh) But they will be watched, SOON!
Know what I hate? Buying textbooks. Blargh.
